Owners/agents must have authority to advertise each listing and must promptly correct inaccurate or outdated details. Listings may be reviewed, restricted or removed. A listing or enquiry is not an offer, reservation, guarantee of availability or completed transaction. Brokerage, platform fees, taxes and payment terms must be separately disclosed and accepted in writing before they are charged. Do not send money solely on the basis of a listing or message; independently verify the recipient and obtain receipts. You are responsible for legal, title, encumbrance, approvals, measurement, condition and counterparty due diligence. The platform may experience outages and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing here replaces a signed agreement or professional advice. Retention and deletion

Data should be kept only as long as needed for its documented purpose or applicable legal obligations. The operator must maintain a category-wise retention schedule, review expired records, securely delete eligible private files and document deletion requests. Backup copies may age out on the configured backup cycle; a restore procedure must reapply outstanding deletion requests before restored data is put back into service.
